Christmas Cookie Ideas for AirBnb Guests

~ Natalia Radcliffe ~

Christmas is almost upon us! Can you believe another year has almost gone by?

Here at Prospector Ranch, we love to decorate for Christmas. We decorate the saloon and other features on the property, and Meggan adorns her home with twinkling lights and a beautiful collection of snow globes.

For her AirBnb guests, she likes to add a special touch during the holidays.

What might that be, you ask?

Well, Meggan always likes to include some sugar cookies as a little treat to guests who stay around the holidays.

As a child, her mom would make sugar cookies. There would be cookies of all different shapes, such as Santa Claus, Christmas trees, and Meggan and her siblings would diligently decorate them, putting care and thought into the design of each one.

After a whole bunch were made, Meggan and her family would visit their neighbors and give them some fresh, homemade cookies.

Meggan wanted to keep these sweet treats alive to this day, so she likes to make and decorate sugar cookies for her AirBnb guests. It’s a little personal touch she has a passion for including. For her, it’s a way to spread some holiday cheer: in a yummy way!

Need other ideas for holiday treats to make for your guests?

Snickerdoodles are a classic option. How could you go wrong with cinnamon and sugar?

Butter cookies are another idea. You can easily get a cookie press to make different designs, and, just like sugar cookies, they are perfect for decorating!

There are so many different kinds of cookies, so this definitely isn’t the end of ideas. But, we hope you might be able to find some inspiration!

After all, one of the beautiful things about Christmas is how everyone puts their own unique, special touch on the holiday.

We hope you all have a Merry Christmas!
